Our Process

Intake
The first step in filling your role is meeting with our team to discuss your search. We will do a deep-dive into: your company's story, the requirements of the role, the interview process, and the anything else that will help us tell your story. Our team should should come away with 1) an understanding of what you are looking for, and 2) how to sell you to the market!

We develop our search logic based on the information we gather during intake. From there, our head of research compiles a target pool of candidates that meet your criteria.

Checkpoint #1
You can expect a pipeline report giving you insights into the types of profiles we have identified. We use this time to calibrate and make any changes to our target pool of caniddates where needed.

Once we've got a healthy pool of candidates, our Chief of Staff helps enrich, clean, and organize our data and gets us ready to begin reaching out to our target market.

Our dedicated recruiters perform a multi-channel outreach program consiting of 16-20 touchpoints via email, phone call, text, and social engagement. From here, we schedule in-depth video screening sessions where we qualify or disqualify candidates based on the crtieria you've set out.

As qualified candidates surface, we present them to you along with relevant information like compensation expectations and key attributes. Our team will then shepherd active candidates through the interview process supporting you with scheduling and candidate feedback.
